FST ABBEVILLES RESTAURANT

Abbevilles Restaurant (see location map below) is licensed and seats around 40 persons. It is open Monday to Friday for lunch, light bites and sandwiches. In the summer the restaurant has a roped-off patio area with pleasant flowers and shrubs where you can enjoy a snack, drink, beer or glass of wine in the open air.
The food menu is modern European using fresh quality produce, including fresh fish, poultry, pasta and meats

Our main objective at Abbevilles is to provide quality fresh food at reasonable prices in a friendly and comfortable environment. The workforce pays keen attention to preparation, presentation and service and are guided and supervised by qualified and professional personal. There is a good camaraderie, attendance is high and punctuality is good with staff starting as early as 7.30 a.m. onwards voluntarily !
The workforce are involved in all aspects of the Restaurant including cooking, costing, stock control, and rotation, health and hygiene, handling money and dealing with customers and members of the public. This gives the opportunity to experience the pressures and responsibilities of working life. The aim of the training at Abbevilles is to prepare the members of the workforce for future part-time or full time employment in mainstream catering environment.

We are also the proud owners of a Mercedes Sprint refrigerated Van which is used for outside events catering from 10 persons onwards.
